Richard Tisei addresses our club as a Candidate for Congress

Richard Tisei joined us for breakfast to fill us in on his campaing for Congress. He outlined his six-point plan for the people of the Sixth Congressional District. He discussed tax reform, job training, the duplication of federal and state programs, national defense, and more. Members were given the opportunity to question Richard on his plan and how effective he could be representing the people of Billerica.
